This notice explains how StellarSecure processes data for the public marketing site and for the product. The categories below describe the intended processing; exact processors, hosting regions and retention periods are confirmed before launch.
Marketing site
- Information you submit through the contact form (name, email, optional company and your message), used to respond to your enquiry.
- Privacy-conscious, non-identifying analytics used to understand site performance. We do not send installation commands, enrollment identifiers, access tokens, device names or customer data to analytics.
Product
- Account and workspace information for the staff who use the platform.
- Device inventory, telemetry, logs and management data collected to provide the service, scoped to your workspace.
- Data access, export, retention and deletion follow the policies configured for your plan.
