Capability
Remote support
Start authorized remote-support sessions in the browser, with consent and an audit trail.
Support sessions are authorized in the console and relayed to the device. Access is bound to the session, workspace, device and participant role — not to a guessable link — and ending or revoking a session stops further access.
- Request and authorize a support session for a device.
- Open the session in the browser once the device connects.
- See session status and the audit trail of each transition.
- End a session, which immediately invalidates further access.

Screen view and control depend on the platform’s permissions and consent behavior. Full remote desktop control is not available on every device — mobile platforms differ from desktops.
How it works
-
1
Authorize
The console creates and authorizes the session.
-
2
Pair
The device and the operator’s browser connect to the relay with short-lived, scoped credentials.
-
3
Support & end
Traffic is relayed while the session is valid; ending it revokes access.
