Platform support
Supported platforms and management modes
All six platform families are supported. The management route and available actions differ by platform — this page is the source for confirming fit before you commit.
| Platform | Management route | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Windows | agent + native MDM | Agent install via one generated command; native MDM enrollment for policy-managed devices. Remote support available on supported desktop sessions. |
| Linux | agent | Agent install via one generated command. Package operations use the distribution’s package manager (apt/dpkg, dnf/rpm). |
| macOS | agent + native MDM | Agent install via one generated command; native MDM enrollment for supported configuration. Screen capture and input require granted permissions. |
| iOS/iPadOS | native MDM | Native MDM enrollment only. Supported restrictions and configuration depend on enrollment mode and ownership. |
| Android | native MDM | Native MDM enrollment only. Supported management depends on enrollment mode (for example, work profile or fully managed). |
| ChromeOS | native MDM | Managed through the supported native enrollment model. Available controls depend on the platform’s management interface. |

Important: supported actions vary by platform, OS version, enrollment mode and granted permissions. We don’t extrapolate one platform’s functionality to another. Exact supported OS versions, enrollment prerequisites, remote-support controls, patch behavior and policy operations are confirmed from current product testing.
